Barnabas Okwudibie

Barnabas is a seasoned professional with more than 16 years’ experience spanning sales strategy design and management, customer retention strategy, credit risk management, loan origination and syndication, and business process re-engineering. He has gained diverse work experience in various sectors including security consulting, commercial banking, insurance, fintech, and finance company such as Sovereign Finance Limited as Divisional Head, Retail & Business Development before joining Links MFB Limited as Chief Operating Officer/Group Head, Sales.

He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Delta State University, Abraka. He is a fellow of the Institute of Credit Administrators (FICA), the Chartered Institute of Loans and Risk Management of Nigeria (FCILRM), and of the Institute Professional Managers & Administrators of Nigeria (FIPMA), and an associate of the Nigeria Institute of Management (Chartered). He has attended key management and professional training programs in Nigeria and overseas in areas covering sales management, asset & liability management, business strategy, and leadership.

Prior to joining Links Microfinance Bank, she was involved in the startup of Mutual Trust Microfinance Bank, Abuja where she served as the Head, Operations. She was responsible for supervising, coordinating, training and monitoring operational activities.

She has attended several professional courses covering strategic and organization renewal session for executive management, effective selling, anti-money laundering/CFT compliance, customer service excellence.

She has an MBA from University of Business and International Studies. Geneva. Switzerland
